How custody is kept
- Government-issued photo identification verified and recorded at collection
- Tamper-evident seals applied in the donor's presence and signed for
- Custody forms completed at every handover: collector, courier, laboratory
- Photographs of seals and documents where the receiving authority expects them
- Collections at our premises, homes, offices, clinics, or ports — same procedure everywhere
- Direct transfer arrangements to AABB/ISO-accredited laboratories for legal DNA cases
If your receiving authority has a specific custody form, send it in advance — we will run the collection on their paperwork, not just ours.
